Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Project manager is responsible for enabling the Sales organization to operate with clarity, efficiency, and excellence.<\/li>\n
  • This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial function\u2014driving forecasting discipline, coordinating cross-functional workflows (Sales, Product, Operations, QA, Finance), and ensuring that both internal teams and customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support, overseeing the execution of multiple projects<\/li>\n
  • This position combines pre-sales coordination, process ownership, and commercial project management<\/strong>, ensuring that the commercial engine runs smoothly from lead to order and to delivery. (Pre-sales \/ 1St\u00a0order)<\/li>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Cross-Functional Project Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Lead and coordinate commercial and operational projects across Sales, Product, Operations, QA, Finance, and Customer Success.<\/li>\n
    • Build project timelines, define milestones, and ensure cross-functional accountability.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor progress and proactively escalate risks or bottlenecks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Communication, Alignment & Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Facilitate clear communication between Sales, Product, Operations, and other functions.<\/li>\n
      • Prioritize and triage incoming commercial requests to ensure they receive appropriate attention and follow-up.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and progress reports.<\/li>\n
      • Become a trusted partner to Sales Managers by providing structured insights and operational clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Requirements<\/h3>\n
        \n
          \n
        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.<\/li>\n
        • 3\u20135 years of experience in:<\/li>\n
        • Sales Operations<\/li>\n
        • Pre-Sales \/ Commercial Coordination<\/li>\n
        • Project Management<\/li>\n
        • RevOps \/ Commercial Excellence<\/li>\n
        • (experience in manufacturing, CPG, nutraceuticals, or B2B production environments is an advantage)<\/li>\n
        • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with CRM systems (Priority, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).<\/li>\n
        • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n
        • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n
        • High attention to detail, structured working style, and end-to-end ownership mentality.<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
