Job Overview<\/span><\/h3>\n
The Senior Field Applications Engineer (FAE) supports customers using our power management chips (Power ICs)<\/strong>. The role combines technical support, customer interaction, and product promotion<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
You will work closely with key customers in Israel and across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)<\/strong>, helping them design and use our power IC products in their systems.You will also act as the main Power IC expert within the regional team<\/strong>, supporting colleagues and distribution partners when technical knowledge is needed.<\/span><\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Provide technical support to customers<\/strong>working with power IC and power management products.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the main technical contact<\/strong> for assigned customers.<\/li>\n
  • Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot<\/strong> their electronic boards that use our products.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations<\/strong> to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Work with internal teams (applications engineers, product teams, design teams) when deeper technical support is required.<\/li>\n
  • Support customer development projects, including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • \n
        \n
      • board testing and validation<\/li>\n
      • debugging technical issues<\/li>\n
      • assisting with product integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Review or help create schematics and PCB layouts<\/strong> when needed.<\/li>\n
        • Build strong working relationships with customer engineering teams<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Manage technical aspects of customer projects from early design to testing and validation.<\/li>\n
        • Share feedback from customers to help improve future products.<\/li>\n
        • Travel to customer sites when needed (up to 40% travel<\/strong>, domestic and international).<\/li>\n
        • Keep project records up to date and provide regular updates and reports<\/strong> to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Requirements<\/span><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering<\/strong> (PhD is a plus).<\/li>\n
          • 7\u201310 years of experience<\/strong> in power electronics or power management.<\/li>\n
          • Experience working with server, CPU, GPU, or high-performance computing power systems<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n
          • Previous experience as an Applications Engineer or Power Design Engineer<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Technical Knowledge<\/span><\/h3>\n
            Good understanding of:<\/span><\/p>\n
              \n
            • Power management systems<\/li>\n
            • Power supply architectures<\/li>\n
            • Technologies such as MOSFETs, DrMOS, digital controllers, and point-of-load (POL) regulators<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n

              • Strong problem-solving ability<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Good communication and teamwork skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Ability to work with international teams in different time zones<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Ability to build relationships with customer engineering teams and identify key decision makers<\/li>\n
              • Comfortable providing hands-on technical support at customer sites<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Fluent Hebrew (native-level) and Excellent English<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Willingness to travel up to 40%<\/strong><\/li>\n
