A gut health clinic in Beit Shemesh is expanding its educational offerings through workshops, online programs, and community initiatives. We are seeking a Director of Growth & Operations to act as a strategic partner in growing and organizing this work.<\/p>\n
This is not a junior marketing role. It is a leadership position for someone who can translate expertise into structured programs, systems, and sustainable growth. You will oversee marketing, program expansion, operations, and team coordination, working closely with the founder.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nGrow the clinic\u2019s audience and email list<\/p>\n
Expand workshops, online programs, and community initiatives<\/p>\n
Build partnerships and explore new revenue opportunities<\/p>\n
Manage social media, LinkedIn content, and podcast outreach<\/p>\n
Develop digital products and support live events<\/p>\n
Coordinate team members and operational workflows<\/p>\n
Follow up with leads and implement remarketing strategies<\/p>\n
Collect and manage client testimonials<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nExperience growing online programs, educational platforms, or small businesses<\/p>\n
Strategic thinker who can also execute effectively<\/p>\n
Strong organizational, operational, and project management skills<\/p>\n
Comfortable working closely with a founder in a small, mission-driven team<\/p>\n
Experience in digital marketing, community growth, or health\/wellness platforms is a plus<\/p>\n
