As we scale, we need a technical leader to own our global accounting operations, ensure &#8220;audit-ready&#8221; financial accuracy, and streamline our reporting processes.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a CPA with experience in high-growth tech environments, a deep understanding of IFRS, and a passion for building scalable financial systems from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the full month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, including P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with local and international tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external auditors and lead the annual audit process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Operations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and mentor the accounting team (Bookkeeping and ayroll).<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the global payroll process.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Systems &amp; Automation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Play a key role in ERP implementation (transitioning from manual processes to automated workflows).<\/li>\n<li>Optimize &#8220;Order-to-Cash&#8221; and &#8220;Procure-to-Pay&#8221; cycles to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Director of Finance to integrate financial systems with the CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cash &amp; Treasury Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor daily cash balances and manage global treasury functions, including intercompany transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize working capital and manage vendor relations and payment terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting; CPA is a must.<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 (Hi-Tech department).<\/li>\n<li>At least 2\u20134 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a high-growth tech\/SaaS company.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IFRS.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with advanced ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a significant advantage).<\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;Builder&#8221; mentality\u2014you enjoy creating processes from scratch and driving optimization.<\/li>\n<li>High-level English <em>and Hebrew<\/em> (written and verbal).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of rules of mas hachnasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.\r\nPlease do not repost position.<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"author":42,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Jerusalem","_application":"careers@fluenttech.net","_company_name":"Fluent Trade Technologies","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[44],"job-categories":[92],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-100038712","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_region-jerusalem","job_listing_category-banking-and-finance"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/100038712","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/42"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=100038712"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing_region?post=100038712"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=100038712"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=100038712"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
