The role starts part\u2011time with a clear path to full\u2011time based on results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">You\u2019ll support schools through the full journey \u2014 from first conversation to ongoing success:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Inside Sales &amp; Discovery:<\/p>\n<p>Engage new leads (schools, administrators, directors) via email, phone, and Zoom<br \/>\nRun structured discovery calls to understand each school\u2019s needs (enrollment, tuition\/fees, transportation, fundraising, communication, etc.)<br \/>\nQualify opportunities and decide together whether it makes sense to move to a demo<\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Product Demos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Give clear, needs\u2011based demos of our K\u201112 ERP platform<br \/>\nShow how core areas (e.g., registration, attendance, financials, fundraising, transportation, broadcast\/communication, documents, report cards, and reporting) solve real problems for schools<br \/>\nKeep demos conversational, not \u201cpitchy\u201d \u2014 focused on the school\u2019s workflows and pain points<\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Onboarding &amp; Training:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Guide new schools through setup and onboarding<br \/>\nTrain office staff, administrators, and other users on how to use the system<br \/>\nHelp schools adopt best practices so they actually use the features they\u2019re paying for<\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Backup Support:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Provide friendly, timely responses when schools have questions<br \/>\nAct as a bridge between schools and our internal team when issues or requests come up<\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\"><strong>Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fluent in English and Hebrew<br \/>\nYiddish is a significant plus<\/p>\n<p>*Skills &amp;
