Kav L’Noar is seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary & Billing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our school programming. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to an organization that provides critical mental health services to children, teens, and families across Israel. Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Manage day-to-day office administration and reception duties
\n\u2022 Process and submit billing to Kupat Cholim (full training provided)
\n\u2022 Coordinate scheduling and appointments for the therapy center
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate client and administrative records
\n\u2022 Liaise professionally with clients, therapists, and external parties in Hebrew and English
\n\u2022 Support the clinical team with administrative needs as required<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:
\n\u2022 Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) \u2014 required
\n\u2022 Highly organized, responsible, and reliable with strong attention to detail
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
\n\u2022 Warm, professional demeanor suitable for a clinical\/therapeutic environment
\n\u2022 Ability to work as part of a team.
\n\u2022 Prior office or administrative experience \u2014 an advantage
\n\u2022 Experience with Kupat Cholim billing or medical office systems \u2014 an advantage<\/p>\n
