We\u2019re looking for a Customer Support Agent who truly cares about people \u2014 someone who can combine empathy, communication, and problem-solving to create an exceptional customer experience. You\u2019ll be the voice of Lev Haolam, helping customers with their subscriptions, orders, and questions \u2014 and ensuring they always feel heard, appreciated, and connected.<\/p>\n
Schedule: Preferably evening\/night \u2014 Israel time (GMT+2), day schedule is also available

\nPayment: In ILS or USD
\nEmployment: Labor contract or service agreement<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers via email (30%) and phone (70%).
\nCollaborate with Logistics, Marketing, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
\nManage accounts, billing, and shipping through Zoho CRM and ERP systems.
\nModerate and engage with customers on social media platforms.<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
\nBasic Hebrew (A1\u2013A2) \u2014 an advantage, not a must.
\nGenuine empathy and a \u201cpeople-first\u201d approach.
\nStrong organization and multitasking abilities.
\nExperience in customer support, social impact, or non-profit fields.
\nA proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow with us.<\/p>\n
