The position involves promoting our brand<br \/>\nimage, technologies, and product lines in both Homeland Security (HLS) markets and consumer segments, ensuring a consistent voice while reaching vastly different audiences.<br \/>\nThis role combines creative storytelling, strategic marketing, and analytical thinking to increase awareness, engagement, and credibility in global markets.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities Strategic Planning<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to both HLS and consumer audiences.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate communications guidelines.<br \/>\nContent Creation &#038; Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Create engaging visual and written content, including posts, product videos, infographics, case studies, and success stories.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build narratives that highlight the value of our security solutions and consumer products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with product managers, sales teams, and technical specialists to translate complex technologies into clear, market-oriented messaging.<\/p>\n<p>Brand Awareness &#038; Reputation<br \/>\n\u2022 Strengthen brand positioning through thought-leadership, innovation messaging, and professional engagement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage crisis messaging procedures on digital platforms where necessary.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive social community management and interaction with professional organizations, media, and influencers.<br \/>\nPerformance &#038; Analytics<br \/>\n\u2022 Track KPI performance on all platforms with regular reporting and actionable insights.<br \/>\n\u2022 Optimize campaigns using data on engagement, reach, audience behavior, and conversion metrics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor competitive activities and industry trends.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Security Studies, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 2\u20135 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications (experience in HLS\/technology\/defense markets is an advantage).<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).<br \/>\n\u2022 Solid understanding of brand positioning across technical and consumer markets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience with social media analytics tools and paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to manage sensitive content with discretion and compliance awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &#038;
