We are looking for Procurement Manager to lead the company\u2019s global procurement strategy. In this role you will be responsible for driving supplier negotiations, managing procurement operations, and partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:
\nFull ownership of the procurement function, from defining the strategy to managing day-to-day sourcing and supply activities.
\nLeading complex negotiations with suppliers in Israel and worldwide, and closing long-term strategic agreements.
\nDriving major sourcing initiatives to improve quality, ensure availability, and optimize costs.
\nManaging the procurement team (buyers) and overseeing departmental operations.
\nImplementing control tools, monitoring procurement KPIs, and approving purchase orders.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience as a Procurement Manager in global technology companies \u2013 must.
\nProven experience in high-level negotiations with international stakeholders and strong commercial acumen in closing large-scale deals.
\nFamiliarity with international trade processes.
\nExperience managing subcontractors and suppliers in multidisciplinary industries \u2013 must.
\nStrong technical\/engineering understanding, including reading electromechanical drawing.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering and\/or Procurement\/Supply Chain.
\nExcellent English \u2013 both written and verbal \u2013 must.<\/p>\n
