The account manager will be the one point of contact and have full ownership of the customer relationship.<\/p>\n<p>This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, knows how to uncover opportunity, and is comfortable owning the full commercial relationship.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n<p>Own Revenue Within Your Book of Business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry a quota tied to renewals, upsells, and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Own the full customer lifecycle and sales cycle for existing accounts\u2014from onboarding through renewal and expansions.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drive Expansion &amp; Upsell<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and execute expansion opportunities across products, services, and use cases<\/li>\n<li>Multithread accounts to expand into new teams, business units, and decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Influence senior marketing and sales stakeholders with compelling, ROI-driven value propositions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Run Strategic, Consultative Sales Cycles<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose customer challenges and position PeerSpot solutions as business-critical<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute strategic account plans focused on growth and retention<\/li>\n<li>Create, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Protect &amp; Grow Renewals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead proactive renewal conversations and mitigate churn risk<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce value throughout the customer lifecycle to secure long-term commitments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Partner Internally to Win<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and internal stakeholders to drive results<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong program delivery while maintaining commercial momentum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stay Market &amp;
