What You\u2019ll Do
\n\u2022 Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses to inquiries about orders, products, shipping, and returns.
\n\u2022 Oversee and monitor the order fulfillment process, ensuring smooth order flow, accuracy, and efficient coordination with our global 3PL partners.
\n\u2022 Proactively maintain and improve processes to ensure seamless operations across systems and warehouses.
\n\u2022 Ensure ERP system accuracy and reliability (NetSuite), supporting the integrity of our business data.
\n\u2022 Work closely with B2C customers and B2B partners, ensuring clear communication, swift resolution of issues, and outstanding service delivery.
\n\u2022 Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the highest level of operational excellence.
\n\u2022 Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data-driven tools to develop the Customer Service department and create new growth paths.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 High-level English (spoken & written), with strong command of Hebrew. Additional languages are an advantage.
\n\u2022 A professional, articulate, and confident communicator who represents the company well and builds trust with customers.
\n\u2022 Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service roles.
\n\u2022 Hungry, ambitious, open-minded, and curious about new technologies\u2014with a drive to continuously improve processes and tools.
\n\u2022 Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills preferred.
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred) and Shopify.
\n\u2022 Proven problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively and act quickly in a growing business.
\n\u2022 Experience working with global clients and 3PLs.
\n\u2022 Passion for tactical gear is a plus.
\n\u2022 Military combat background and a deep understanding of tactical equipment is a significant advantage.<\/p>\n
