We\u2019re seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our remote team and bring deep expertise across one or more verticals.<\/p>\n
Position Overview<\/p>\n
We are hiring a Senior Legal Recruiter to work closely with our founder and other senior team members on high-level attorney searches. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with a JD and prior experience placing attorneys into roles such as in-house counsel, law firm associates, or non-traditional legal positions (e.g., Knowledge Management, Practice Management, or Compliance).<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n -End-to-End Search Execution: Manage full-cycle attorney searches, including sourcing, outreach, screening, candidate management, and offer negotiation. <\/p>\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n Education: JD required. Track Record: Must provide a deal sheet or documentation of successful attorney placements.<\/p>\n Skills: Availability: Some US hours<\/p>\n Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and remote collaboration software<\/p>\n Compensation & Benefits
\n-Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational culture.
\n-Candidate Development: Build strong, trust-based relationships with candidates to help align them with the right opportunities.
\n-Market Knowledge: Stay on top of legal industry trends and hiring activity within your areas of specialization.
\n-Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM.
\n-Mentorship & Collaboration: Work closely with junior recruiters and our founder; contribute to strategic discussions on recruiting initiatives.<\/p>\n
\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in legal recruiting, with demonstrated depth in one or more of the following areas:
\n\u2022 In-house counsel placements (especially in investment funds or compliance)
\n\u2022 Law firm associate recruiting
\n\u2022 Non-traditional roles, such as:
\n\u2022 Knowledge Management
\n\u2022 Practice Management
\n\u2022 Conflicts \/ Risk Management
\n\u2022 Office of General Counsel<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022 Client-service mindset with consultative, relationship-building strengths
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022 Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment<\/p>\n
