An established biotech company located in the Jerusalem Bio Park (JBP) is seeking to fill a full-time entry-level position in our Customer Service & Logistics department. This is an operational logistics-focused role, supporting order fulfillment and international customer coordination.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include:
\n\u2022 Processing customer orders through internal systems (Salesforce \/ Priority).
\n\u2022 Entering and updating data accurately in company databases.
\n\u2022 Preparing shipping documents and coordinating international shipments (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
\n\u2022 Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
\n\u2022 Tracking shipments and handling delivery-related inquiries.
\n\u2022 Responding to emails and telephone calls from overseas customers regarding order status and logistics matters.
\n\u2022 Supporting inventory updates and general operational tasks as needed.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Native-level English speaker \u2013 mandatory.
\n\u2022 Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
\n\u2022 High attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask, work independently, and learn quickly.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Salesforce and Priority software \u2013 advantage.
\n\u2022 Previous experience in logistics \/ fulfillment \u2013 advantage<\/p>\n
