This role works closely with the firm&#8217;s partners to support high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial matters, investments, and personal requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with discretion.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and enjoy coordinating with clients, internal teams, financial institutions, and government authorities to deliver seamless service.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing practical solutions across the range of client financial matters, including cash management bank deposit for an exchange insurance and private real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with local and international financial institutions to execute transactions and address compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with government authorities to resolve client-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the preparation of accurate, high-quality client reports.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting marketing administration efforts, including assistance with podcast production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spoken and written fluency in both English and Hebrew, a must<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relations and a proven record of working in a team<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and striving to 100% accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Strong numeracy, oral communication and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Qualities of integrity, responsibility and accountability<\/li>\n<li>A pragmatic &#8220;can do&#8221; approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; able to easily learn new software tools.<\/li>\n<li>Two or more years of work experience in financial services or related services (such as investor services, investor relations, account executive or compliance) &#8211; an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work is from our offices in Modiin.
