We are seeking a responsible, organized, and personable Birthright Israel Interviewer to conduct virtual interviews with applicants interested in joining a Birthright Israel trip. You will play a key role in screening candidates, ensuring eligibility, and representing our organization with professionalism and warmth.

\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct virtual interviews with Birthright applicants (primarily US-based participants)<\/p>\n
Complete approximately 12 interviews per shift
\nWork a minimum of 4 hours per evening
\nAccurately document interview outcomes and notes in our system
\nAssess applicant eligibility according to Birthright Israel guidelines
\nMaintain clear and professional communication with applicants<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic office and online tools
\n\u2013 Strong organizational and time-management skills
\n\u2013 Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
\n\u2013 Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
\n\u2013 Available for consistent evening hours (US time zones)
\n\u2013 Fluent English Speaker<\/p>\n
