Travel Company seeking an Itinerary Planner.
\nStructured: 4 days a week in-office in Ramat Eshkol, approx. 9:30-3pm.
\nFlexible: 1 day a week, work from home- totalling 8 hours, including 2 hours in the evenings to speak to clients in America.<\/p>\n
Tasks include: Phone calls, understanding clients’ needs and preferences, creating itineraries, and booking and arranging their trip.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nFriendly with interpersonal skills
\nGreat at logistics
\nCreative, problem solver
\nMust have WhatsApp and Google on phone
\nProficiency in Excel and comfortable on the computer
\nOrganized and reliable.
\nExperience in the trip planning\/travel industry or\/and similar logistical fields.
\nFluency in English and conversational Hebrew.<\/p>\n
Looking for someone passionate, invested, and flexible with their hours.<\/p>\n
This is a long-term hire. The position requires in-office availability, including during August, and business days during holiday periods.<\/p>\n
Training is paid as a freelancer per hour and transitions to an employee salary.<\/p>\n
