Multifocus Eyewear , a glasses store in the center of town, is looking for a reliable, motivated full-time staff member with growth potential into a store manager role.<\/p>\n

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and wants long-term stability with room to take responsibility.<\/p>\n

What the role includes:
\nCustomer service and sales in the store
\nManaging day-to-day store operations
\nWorking with computers, basic systems, and orders
\nHelping with store organization, follow-ups, and simple promotions
\nTaking ownership when the store is busy, and initiative when it\u2019s quiet.<\/p>\n

Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fluent in Hebrew and English
\nComfortable with computers (no advanced tech skills required)
\nResponsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated
\nPrevious retail or management experience is a plus, but not required<\/p>\n

Training will be provided. Optical experience is a bonus, not a requirement.<\/p>\n

Hours:
