You will manage a high volume of accounts, own deals end-to-end, and be responsible for hitting clear revenue targets. While most leads are inbound, success in this role comes from proactive outreach, strong follow-up, and working closely with Marketing. This role requires partial alignment with US working hours, with the workday <span dir=\"ltr\">starting around 12:00<\/span> or <span dir=\"ltr\">13:00<\/span> and extending into the evening.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Do<br \/>\n&#8211; Own and close inbound leads from free 15-day trials with no credit card required<br \/>\n&#8211; Pick up the phone regularly and run discovery calls and short product demos<br \/>\n&#8211; Manage a large book of accounts and own deals from first contact through close<br \/>\n&#8211; Re-engage past inbound leads and trial users who did not convert<br \/>\n&#8211; Identify additional opportunities within the existing database through proactive outbound efforts<br \/>\n&#8211; Work closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and help source new leads<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the pipeline effectively<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 to 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in SaaS<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong desire to grow into and succeed as an Account Executive<br \/>\n&#8211; Comfortable owning a quota and being accountable for revenue<br \/>\n&#8211; Willing and motivated to pick up the phone and engage customers directly<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience in outbound-focused sales roles such as SDR or BDR.<br \/>\n&#8211; Proactive mindset with a willingness to go beyond assigned leads to find opportunities<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain value and ROI<br \/>\n&#8211; Organized, persistent, and strong at follow-up<br \/>\n&#8211; Comfortable working in CRMs and sales tools<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluent English, written and spoken<\/p>\n<p>Nice to Have<br \/>\n&#8211; Understanding of the e-commerce space, especially Amazon<br \/>\n&#8211; Familiarity with HubSpot and Intercom<br \/>\n&#8211; Additional languages beyond English<\/p>\n<pre style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
