This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO. Success in this role is measured by a steady, predictable increase in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Not impressions. Not channel vanity metrics. Actual pipeline. You will be responsible for setting direction, making tradeoffs, and executing, while managing a small, high-leverage team. If SQLs aren\u2019t growing in a healthy, explainable way, the strategy isn\u2019t working.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Own<br \/>\n&#8211; End-to-end growth strategy across paid media, SEO, partnerships, influencers, lifecycle, and emerging channels<br \/>\n&#8211; Making channel and budget decisions based on what drives qualified demand, not attachment to any single methodology<br \/>\n&#8211; Lead, mentor, and scale a small team of high-impact marketing individuals, staying hands-on where it matters.<br \/>\n&#8211; Scaling paid social and paid search with direct accountability to SQL and revenue impact<br \/>\n&#8211; Building and running influencer and creator programs that generate real demand in a B2B SaaS context<br \/>\n&#8211; Developing and managing strategic partnerships (platforms, agencies, communities, integrations)<br \/>\n&#8211; Designing and running growth experiments with clear hypotheses, fast execution, and disciplined prioritization<br \/>\n&#8211; Full-funnel ownership from first touch through SQL and revenue<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing<br \/>\n&#8211; Proven experience in B2B or B2SME, with a strong track record in the U.S. market (EU experience a plus)<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience making marketing decisions in complex environments where multiple channels contribute to lead generation<br \/>\n&#8211; Background in startups or scale-ups with hands-on execution<br \/>\n&#8211; Demonstrated ability to drive SQL growth, not just lead volume<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience across paid media, paid social, influencers, partnerships, and non-obvious demand channels<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with imperfect data<br \/>\n&#8211; Clear communicator who can defend decisions with numbers, not opinions<br \/>\n&#8211; Native-level English<\/p>\n<pre style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
