A publicly traded biopharmaceutical company listed on NASDAQ and TASE is looking for a Controller to join its finance team.<\/p>\n
This role is ideal for a CPA who has completed a first Controller\/Assistant Controller position and gained hands-on experience in a publicly traded company, and is ready to take the next step.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements<\/p>\n Managing audits and external advisors (auditors, tax)<\/p>\n Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls<\/p>\n Managing compensation processes (payroll, equity, benefits)<\/p>\n Managing a bookkeeper and day-to-day finance operations<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Full-time position, based in Modi\u2019in<\/p>\n Immediate start<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n CPA with at least 4 years of post-internship experience<\/p>\n Strong financial reporting and internal controls background<\/p>\n Thorough understanding of local and international financial regulations, tax compliance requirements, and auditing processes<\/p>\n Experience in a publicly traded company (NASDAQ reporting experience \u2013 strong advantage)<\/p>\n Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management abilities<\/p>\n Excellent written and spoken English<\/p>\n Hands-on, detail-oriented, business-oriented mindset<\/p>\n Prior experience in a similar Controller role or financial leadership position is highly desirable<\/p>\n <\/p>\nTell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
