{"id":100038451,"date":"2026-02-11T09:45:23","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T09:45:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100038451"},"modified":"2026-02-11T09:45:23","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T09:45:23","slug":"ai-integrations-automations-lead-python-aws","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/job\/ai-integrations-automations-lead-python-aws\/","title":{"rendered":"AI Integrations &#038; Automations Lead (Python \/ AWS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Lead and mentor two AI Automation &amp; Integration Specialists, driving focus, clarity, and execution speed.<br \/>\n-Architect and oversee secure Python-based automations and integrations (Twilio, DocuSign, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.).<br \/>\n-Ensure security and compliance of all AI pipelines\u2014encryption, credential management, HIPAA\/PHI standards.<br \/>\n-Build reusable SDKs and promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI\/CD practices for scalable deployment.<br \/>\n-Own sprint planning and execution using clear prioritization, measurable outcomes, and fast iteration cycles.<br \/>\n-Apply LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Google GenAI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain) to automate workflows and decision support systems.<br \/>\n-Implement human-in-the-loop reviews and feedback loops that enable models to self-train and refine over time.<br \/>\n-Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive continuous automation improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4+ years in Python automations or backend systems<br \/>\nExperience with AI platforms: OpenAI, Gemini, Google-GenAi<br \/>\nExperience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain<br \/>\n2+ years in a leadership or technical lead capacity<br \/>\nStrong experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM)<br \/>\nFamiliarity with CI\/CD pipelines, SDK development, and Infrastructure-as-Code<br \/>\nDeep understanding of API integrations, workflow orchestration, and secure system design<br \/>\nKnowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2)<br \/>\nStrong judgment around prioritization, tradeoffs, and execution in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p>Document Processing Experience (Preferred but Valuable)<br \/>\n\u2022 If your automations interact with documents, PDFs, or scanned content, experience with the following is a plus:<br \/>\n\u2022 Pillow (image manipulation)<br \/>\n\u2022 img2pdf (image-to-PDF pipelines)<br \/>\n\u2022 PyMuPDF \/ fitz (PDF text and image extraction, merging, redaction)<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
