We are the food distribution arm of Colel Chabad, Israel\u2019s oldest continuously operating network of social services (established 1788).<\/p>\n<p>In-office (Jerusalem \u2013 Talpiot)<br \/>\nFull-time, Sunday\u2013Thursday, 8:30 am \u2013 4:30 pm (40 hours\/week)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manage general inquiries via phone, email, &amp; WhatsApp<br \/>\nManage invoicing (issuing and tracking)<br \/>\nInput and update group and contact information in the database<br \/>\nFacilitate visitor entry into the building<br \/>\nAssist team members with day-to-day needs<br \/>\nSort group photos and upload links into the database<br \/>\nAble to help lead groups occasionally, and lend a hand to other team members when needed<\/p>\n<p>Dynamic and fast-growing non-profit organization<\/p>\n<p>Please submit an English resume.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience in administrative and sales roles<br \/>\nHighly skilled in customer service, detail-oriented, and proactive<br \/>\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities<br \/>\nFriendly and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and phone skills<br \/>\nFluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), basic Hebrew<br \/>\nExperience with Salesforce \u2013 an advantage<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
