You will work with producers, researchers, and on-camera talent to ship short-form daily and support longer edits when needed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edit social-first videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, and clear structure<\/p>\n<p>Build clean narratives from raw interviews, research clips, archives, and screen recordings<\/p>\n<p>Add captions, sound design, basic motion graphics, and on-screen proof elements<\/p>\n<p>Keep projects organized: bins, assets, naming, timelines, backups<\/p>\n<p>Hit deadlines without losing quality<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proven editing portfolio (short-form required)<\/p>\n<p>Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus)<\/p>\n<p>Excellent sense of rhythm, clarity, and story structure<\/p>\n<p>Comfortable working with sensitive political content and evidence-based claims<\/p>\n<p>Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take direct feedback<\/p>\n<p>High-level English (for on-screen text, captions, and collaboration)<\/p>\n<p>Nice to have:<\/p>\n<p>Motion graphics, color, audio cleanup<\/p>\n<p>Experience in news, documentary, or advocacy-style media<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with platform performance basics (retention, watch time, hook testing)<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\">Tell them you heard about the position from Nefesh B\u2019Nefesh.
