Finance &amp; Administration (Israel &amp; US)<br \/>\nCoordinate financial administration across Israel and the US<br \/>\nWork closely with an Israeli bookkeeper\/payroll provider and a US accountant\/CPA<br \/>\nTrack income and expenses across programs, grants, donations, and currencies<br \/>\nMaintain organized financial records (invoices, receipts, contracts, grant documentation)<br \/>\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting<br \/>\nMonitor cash flow and flag risks, gaps, or discrepancies proactively<\/p>\n<p>2. Operations, Systems &amp; Procedures<br \/>\nBuild, document, and maintain administrative and operational procedures<br \/>\nManage payment, reimbursement, and contracting workflows<br \/>\nSupport staff onboarding and offboarding processes<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with Israeli Amutah requirements and US nonprofit standards<br \/>\nMaintain shared folders, templates, and internal documentation so systems are clear and repeatable<br \/>\n3. Technology, CRM &amp; Digital Tools<br \/>\nManage and maintain the organization\u2019s CRM system (data accuracy, reporting, workflows)<br \/>\nHigh-level use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)<br \/>\nSupport integration between CRM, finance tools, learning platforms, and communication tools<br \/>\nUse advanced AI tools (e.g., for documentation, reporting, workflow automation) to increase efficiency<br \/>\nIdentify opportunities to improve systems and reduce manual work<br \/>\n4. Executive Support &amp; Coordination<br \/>\nManage scheduling and coordination across time zones (Israel \/ US \/ UK)<br \/>\nPrepare agendas, track decisions, and follow up on action items<br \/>\nSupport preparation for Board and Finance Committee meetings<br \/>\nAct as a thoughtful gatekeeper, helping prioritize requests and protect the Executive Director\u2019s time<br \/>\n5.
