The analyst will monitor departmental budgets, track financial performance, and assist leadership in making informed decisions through accurate forecasting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations. The FP&amp;A Analyst will work closely with department leadership to ensure compliance, transparency, and long-term<br \/>\nfinancial stability, contributing to the department\u2019s overall efficiency and success.<\/p>\n<p>50% position<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or an equivalent certificate<br \/>\nExperience: 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related area.<br \/>\nExperience with Priority, Proficiency in financial modelling, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with financial software systems.<br \/>\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.<br \/>\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
