Seeking Final Editor for Jewish-Themed Fiction Book<\/p>\n
I\u2019m looking for a thoughtful final editor to be the last set of eyes on a Jewish-themed fiction manuscript.<\/p>\n
The book has already been edited. This role is about fine-tuning and flow\u2014spotting anything that feels off, improving transitions, and making sure the story reads smoothly from beginning to end.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll do:
\n\u2022 Read the full manuscript carefully
\n\u2022 Catch inconsistencies, pacing issues, or awkward transitions
\n\u2022 Look at the big picture: story arcs, character flow, and structure
\n\u2022 Suggest paragraph shifts or light structural changes when needed
\n\u2022 Bring strong attention to detail while respecting the writer\u2019s voice<\/p>\n
Who you are:
\n\u2022 At least 3 years of experience working with fiction (formal or informal)
\n\u2022 An avid reader who loves story and character
\n\u2022 Strong instincts for structure and storytelling
\n\u2022 Comfortable giving thoughtful, honest feedback
\n\u2022 You don\u2019t need to be a professional editor\u2014just have a great eye<\/p>\n
