About the Role
\nPreparation of full payroll and payslips, including overtime calculations, salary benefits, and reporting to authorities (Forms 102, 106, etc.)
\nHandling pensions, social benefits, and compliance with Israeli labor laws
\nEmployee file management \u2013 onboarding, terminations, attendance reporting, vacation, sick leave, military reserve duty, and more
\nProviding ongoing support to employees and working closely with the company\u2019s Director of Operations.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nAt least 3 years of experience in payroll and employee administration
\nFull proficiency in Excel and the Office environment
\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
\nHigh level of accuracy, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
\nHigh-level English (writing, and ongoing correspondence)
\nExperience with \u05e9\u05d9\u05e7\u05dc\u05d5\u05dc\u05d9\u05ea payroll software \u2013 an advantage<\/p>\n
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
\nScope: Up to 40 hours per month<\/p>\n
