\nThe AppsFlyer Localization team is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and AI-curious Junior Localization Operations Assistant to support our rapidly growing localization efforts on a part-time freelance basis (minimum 3 times a week or more). This is not a linguistic role, it\u2019s an operational and logistical role, designed for someone who thrives on structure, automation, and working behind the scenes to keep complex localization workflows running smoothly.
\nWe manage a high volume of content across multiple platforms (Phrase TMS, Phrase Strings, Asana, Figma, Marketo, WordPress, etc.) and multiple departments (Product, Marketing, Knowledge Base, and more). AI is a key pillar of our operations. We actively use AI-powered tools and are building AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across our localization ecosystem.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
Manage end-to-end localization operations workflows across all content types (marketing, product, UI, legal, and documentation)
\nOwn and maintain translation queues in Phrase TMS and Phrase Strings: set up jobs, assign workflows, manage deadlines, and flag blockers
\nOpen and manage tasks in Asana for language leads, freelancers, and stakeholders across teams
\nCoordinate between tools (e.g., extracting content from Figma, uploading to Phrase, tracking changes in Marketo, embedding into WordPress, etc.)
\nPerform essential copy-paste and formatting work across platforms while ensuring accuracy and consistency
\nHandle post-processing tasks such as Infogram chart updates, link insertions, and localized asset embedding into the correct publishing platforms
\nFlag missing resources, follow up on pending content or assets (e.g., images, final source copy), and maintain smooth communication with several stakeholders.<\/p>\n
What You Have<\/p>\n
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tools and systems
\nIdeally familiar with Phrase TMS, Asana, Figma, Google Sheets, WordPress, and Marketo (or the ability to learn quickly)
\nClear communicator, fluent in English, able to track multiple streams of work across teams and tools
\nAutonomous, process-driven, and excited by checklists, structure, and optimization
\nFlexible availability to support tasks as they come in during the workweek<\/p>\n
Bonus Points
\n2+ years of hands-on localization operations or project coordination experience (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment)
\nFamiliarity with localization QA processes and vendor workflows
\nExperience using WordPress, Marketo, Infogram or data visualization tools
\nComfortable navigating APIs, templates, and content in multiple platforms
\nExperience working in high tech with remote\/global teams and asynchronous communication<\/p>\n
