{"id":100036551,"date":"2025-06-25T10:47:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T10:47:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100036551"},"modified":"2025-08-25T00:48:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T00:48:31","slug":"customer-technical-support-tier-ii","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&p=100036551","title":{"rendered":"Customer Technical Support Tier II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Perform in-depth troubleshooting, including DB analysis, monitoring alerts, and reading system logs to identify and solve complex support issues and escalations<br \/>\nSet up SSL\/IIS certificates and troubleshoot DNS issues as needed<br \/>\nAid with strategic platform \/ website builds, customizations, and configurations based on client requirements \/ requests<br \/>\nApply CSS \/Javascript upon request to sites via CMS and dashboard<br \/>\nRead\/edit HTML to meet client requests<br \/>\nOn-call shifts for out-of-hours during busy periods<br \/>\nAssist with the creation and optimization of our external Knowledge Base, support documentation and best practices.<br \/>\nReproduce and document product defects, work with Product and Engineering teams to understand and resolve complex issues<br \/>\nSupport the mission of the company by using our product to provide a high level of client service<br \/>\nMaintain clear and concise communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner.<br \/>\nTriage inbound support requests and resolve or escalate to the appropriate internal team<br \/>\nProven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>3+ years in customer\/technical support or equivalent roles<br \/>\nExperience working within a B2B SaaS organization<br \/>\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nStrong technical aptitude and\/or basic understanding of HTML\/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, API concepts<br \/>\nFamiliarity with AWS a plus<br \/>\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM\/ticketing system, a plus<br \/>\nAbility to work autonomously in a high paced work environment<\/p>\n<p>About Gravyty<\/p>\n<p>At Gravyty, we are redefining how higher education, K-12, and nonprofits engage students, alumni, and donors.
