A dynamic organization in the financial technology space is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Team Lead<\/strong> to join and lead its Enterprise Applications team. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development to drive the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across internal systems.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Lead a team of Dynamics 365 developers and configurators, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Manage the full software development lifecycle for CRM-related projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Collaborate with internal business units (including finance, operations, and compliance) to align CRM solutions with organizational goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Oversee system configuration, custom workflows, integrations, and security model design<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Ensure documentation, code quality, and release standards are met<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Stay current on Dynamics 365 updates and continuously evaluate new tools and technologies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Requirements:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n
      7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE\/CRM), with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Deep knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, plugin development, and integration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong understanding of software architecture, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Preferred Qualifications:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n
        Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., finance, healthcare)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
