In this role, as the right hand & assistant to VP finance you will be part of the Finance and Accounting team. The role requires a very detail-oriented person, responsible and accountable of the financial duties, outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills<\/p>\n

What will you actually be doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Recording daily financial transactions.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prepare and manage payments cycle to Local & Global vendors.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Travel reports and personal expenses reimbursement.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Support in EOM closing.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Perform other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as requested.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Work in a multi-currency environment.<\/p>\n

Skills & Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Certified Bookkeeper \u2013 Mandatory.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 At least 2-4 years\u2019 experience of bookkeeping (global company – Advantage).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Advanced English level (both spoken and written) \u2013 Mandatory.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. (Google Spreadsheet \u2013 Advantage).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Organized, pay attention to details and accuracy \u2013 Mandatory.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Knowledge in Sap Business 1 and\/or QuickBooks \u2013 Advantage.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to prioritize workload.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to work in a team and be a team player.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Full time position<\/p>\n
