CFOIC Heartland is a Jewish organization that works with Christians around the world to promote and fundraise for communities in Judea and Samaria<\/p>\n
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing video content and be proficient in managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce engaging video content tailored for our audience on various social media platforms.
\n\u2022 Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the organization\u2019s goals and target audience.
\n\u2022 Platform Management: Manage daily operations of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
\n\u2022 Audience Engagement: Build and maintain an active social media presence by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a community around our mission.
\n\u2022 Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media performance, using analytics tools to provide insights and suggest improvements.
\n\u2022 Staying Updated: Stay current with trends, updates, and best practices across all relevant platforms.
\nQualifications:
\n\u2022 Proven experience in filming and editing video content.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
\n\u2022 Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and craft compelling content.
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
\n\u2022 Knowledge or awareness of the Christian support in Israel.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 This is a remote position, and the candidate must have the necessary equipment for filming and editing.
\n\u2022 The role is part-time, offering flexible hours.
\n\u2022 Compensation will be discussed based on experience and skills.<\/p>\n
