The position includes performing additional tasks according to the needs of the unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Initiate the Construction and Operation of Seminars, Conferences, and Training Courses;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Initiation, concentration, and operation (including pedagogical and logistical support) of educational activities including seminars, conferences, study days, further training, and more.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Work with the logistical administrative team to identify, plan, and implement the required logistical administrative needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Making feedback and producing professional lessons.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Guide, Train, and Lecture at Seminars, Conferences, Training Courses, and any Branch Activity;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide training, workshops, and lectures to the target audiences and payees of the division.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transfer electronic content on different platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintain and Develop Working Relationships with Partners and Alumni;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintain and develop working relationships with partners and graduates in different target countries and languages \u200b\u200b(among others Italy and Estonia) as well as working with other countries in English.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Research, Write, and Develop Programs;<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Identify the needs and methodical content emerging from the field and promote educational programs that respond to these needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop and write programs and dedicated training tools according to the pedagogical concept and in accordance with target audiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assume responsibility for marketing activities in the field of the section, the department, and the school.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Write performance reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A bachelor&#8217;s degree in humanities or social sciences is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Certification for training on behalf of the organization is an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">English and Italian at a high level (writing, reading, etc.) is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hebrew at a good level is also mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fluency in additional European languages \u200b\u200b(including reading, writing, and speaking) is advantageous.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Full control of computer and Office applications and access to learning additional software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Work experience in a relevant position is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Familiarity with the world of relevant content is a significant advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experience working with the target audience is a significant advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Exhibits initiative, organizational ability, and
