We represent consumers harmed by inaccurate credit reporting and other consumer reports such as erroneous housing and employment background checks. We enforce consumers\u2019 federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rights through litigation in the federal courts.<\/p>\n<p>In all consumer cases, we have the privilege to represent consumers seeking justice against corporations, often involving complex issues and sophisticated parties.
