The attorney will represent our firm\u2019s sophisticated client base with a focus on business immigration, excellent writing and critical thinking skills, superb administrative skills, and a top academic background. We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, a problem solver, an independent thinker, and someone who is resourceful, energetic, and genuinely interested in being a part of our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting professional and accurate applications and positions to be presented to US Embassies and United States Citizenship and Immigration Service on behalf of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Represent clients at US Embassies and consulates within the scope of consular-based applications.<\/li>\n<li>Identify legal and practical issues associated with each case and the appropriate action to be taken at each stage, bearing in mind proposed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Correspond in a professional manner with a range of clients and be able to manage client expectations by discussing matters on the phone and via email.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the entirety of cases as well as ad hoc duties for any given matter.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to the firm&#8217;s thought leadership and marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in legal marketing events such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of law degree from a leading university.<\/li>\n<li>Member in good standing of a US state bar.<\/li>\n<li>At least two years of US business immigration experience.<\/li>\n<li>Membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Native-level English is a must.
