The position includes performing additional tasks according to the needs of the department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technological support services.<\/li>\n<li>Establishment, operation, and maintenance of all hardware systems &#8211; computing and peripheral equipment, telephony (IP system).<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in operating systems, including the backup system.<\/li>\n<li>Providing troubleshooting services to all end users in the organization, both by phone at the helpdesk center and face-to-face in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Support for all computing and telephone systems.<\/li>\n<li>Routing faults between the staff members in the department.
