This person will work daily alongside the Digital\/Social Media team to manage the company&#8217;s Instagram channel, local agencies, and distributors including organic and paid social media and content for our International markets.<\/p>\n<p>This person should have excellent communication skills and an interest and passion in social media. This person should have a pulse on what\u2019s going on with Social Networks, digital influencers community, trending social content, and the beauty industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the FB &amp; IG Handles: Content, Publishing, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day with local Digital\/Social agencies in the market (Monthly Calls aligning on social strategy, Social calendar approval, and content creation all under specific KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Manage digital ad campaigns for European markets, coordinating with local agencies and company teams<\/li>\n<li>Strategizing marketing budget distribution based on the marketing calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Europe IG channel.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee three local markets the company&#8217;s IG handles.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plan for social activations, sweepstakes, and growth tactics by market launches &amp; focuses.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, Education, and Design teams to support 360 launch plans &amp; go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside the PR\/Influencers team on the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns and review and monitor the success of influencer campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Lead analytics tracking of social activities both internally and externally \u2013 monthly growth, campaign performance, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop ideas to come up with innovative and unique ways to engage with consumers and stylists on social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 4-5 years of similar experience in Social Media Management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in design, communications, marketing, public relations, media studies, and\/or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>MUST: Native-level English, written and verbal (or level of fluency).
