This position is based on the Alexander Muss High School in Israel campus in Hod HaSharon but will also require travel to Beer Sheva, will report to the Director of Operation at AMHSI with a dotted line into the Executive Director of Recruitment and Partnerships and the US Marketing team, and works extremely closely with the US-based Marketing Associate for Education, Public Relations Professional, and Social Media Strategist.<\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities for Muss include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Social Media:<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Work with students and madrichim to gather social media photos and videos.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Regular posting of engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant platforms<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Community management (responding to comments, following students’ Instagram accounts, reposting relevant student\/alumni posts)<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Create and manage social media presence for Head of School<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Content Gathering<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Work with students, photographers, videographers to plan and capture photos and videos as well as blogs and other content needed for recruitment, fundraising, and press opportunities.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Help to identify students on campus who can provide quotes, testimonials, etc.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Help to source stories for PR<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Oversee saving and keywording photos in a library.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Email Communications from Campus<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Work with the head of school and JNF-USA marketing department to write and send all email communications to parents with up-to-date information on campus happenings on a regular basis.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Community Relations<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate donor and VIP visits to campus.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Work with Deans to schedule visits and coordinate the meetings of the visits.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate with the US on all visits.<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that all visits are photographed, posted on social media, and updated in Salesforce<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Research, reach out to, and coordinate stories with alumni who have made Aliyah<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Manage the sale and ordering of SWAG<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Work with teams in Israel and the US to ensure that any Israel fairs are in Israel are staffed<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate and run regular campus reunions for alumni in Israel and visiting form the US<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0JNF alignment in Israel<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate between AMSHI and JNF travel and tours department to ensure alignment in student and mission activities<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate JNF site visits for AMHSI in partnership with travel and tours<\/p>\n

Responsibilities for World Zionist Village include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Weekly calls with the CEO to hear updates<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Gather content for the quarterly newsletter<\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0Share content for social media with JNF-USA’s social media specialist<\/p>\n
