organization.<\/pre>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.<\/li>\n<li>Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.<\/li>\n<li>Make policy recommendations for best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Guard against any interruption of services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage OS\/APP deployment via Intune components.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and develop action plans for the security of all devices and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Take appropriate action to monitor and secure compromised systems and notify the IT manager.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage 365 advanced services.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, diagnose, and repair systems as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in an IT-related field, identity management, desktop support, and service desk.<\/li>\n<li>2-5 years experience in System Administrator roles.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and accurately follow procedures promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be friendly, courteous, and helpful toward internal customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with an understanding of core teamwork
