The successful candidate will be a team player who has an experience in Sales Operations management and has the skills to gather accurate data, build and adapt methodologies and be a key contributor to business growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the data on the company\u2019s CRM (HubSpot): Build out sales structure and mechanism, assure data accuracy, build and maintain reports, dashboards, process flows and ongoing support.<\/li>\n<li>Take an active part in weekly meetings to discuss the pipeline and ensure the accuracy of the opportunities in Hubspot.<\/li>\n<li>Support effective monthly business development meetings (along with finance) to review KPIs, bookings\/revenues YTD, and pipeline, and discuss company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Support and take part in the implementation of new sales tools to improve forecasting, pipeline, data analysis and KPI tracking and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Management team on the maintenance of marketing-related Hubspot data and management of leads.<\/li>\n<li>Lead onboarding processes of both new team members and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Sales Operations<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HubSpot<\/li>\n<li>Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn, emails<\/li>\n<li>Proven record in supporting global sales and business development processes. Understanding the strategic goals and measuring business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven individual with a data and a result-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team member, resourceful and trustful<\/li>\n<li>Extremely organized, highly focused and productive.
