{"id":100029365,"date":"2023-03-02T10:12:27","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T10:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100029365"},"modified":"2023-03-27T09:52:57","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T09:52:57","slug":"partnerships-operations-implementation-manager","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&p=100029365","title":{"rendered":"Partnerships &#038; Operations Implementation Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>An independent NGO (Amuta) that represents <\/strong><strong>on the world stage, seeks an Operations Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations and programs<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement policies, procedures and operational reporting\/metrics<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and report on the organization\u2019s results to board of directors<\/li>\n<li>Work with key board members to prepare accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate fundraising results, variances and performance trends<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to and manage the efforts of staff to ensure appropriate support of all affiliates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and lead annual budget review, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates, together with the treasurer<\/li>\n<li>Retain a diverse, highly qualified staff, by providing career coaching, growth and personal development for workers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies aimed to promote the organization\u2019s mission and \u201cvoice\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence of the organization\u2019s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Forge and maintain relations of trust with stakeholders, donors and external authorities<\/li>\n<li>Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the organization in ways that strengthen its profile<\/li>\n<li>Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage and energize volunteers, board members, partnering organizations, and funders<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors; serve as ex-officio of each committee; seek and build board involvement with strategic direction<\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach, develop and retain senior leadership and staff teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective systems to track progress, and regularly evaluate program components, so as to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the board, funders, and other constituents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fundraising &amp; Communications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expand local revenue-generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations<\/li>\n<li>Deepen and refine all aspects of communications \u2013 from web presence to external relations, with the goal of creating a stronger brand<\/li>\n<li>Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Native-level English and fluent Hebrew, including high level translations.<\/p>\n<p>Offices are in Jerusalem.
