We&#8217;re looking for someone who understands the difference between PPC and SEO, can analyze data and has superb interpersonal skills if this sounds like you, read on!<\/p>\n<p>An International Digital Agency with multiple global offices (Based in Tel Aviv) and clients around the world, is looking for a customer success manager to join its team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers in Israel and the US, and be in charge of all communication with them through all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries, initiate contact with customers, and manage internal social tasks and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Define and monitor various tools.<\/li>\n<li>Retain customers, and resolve various issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide POC (point of contact) services to customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written) is a must<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer management and retention<\/li>\n<li>A deep understanding of the digital world is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to multitask and handle pressure situations<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in task management and problem-solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position is open to both women and men and is a great opportunity for those who are looking to further develop their skills and grow their careers in the digital space.
