American or European shifts are available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact prospective clients (in a B2C warm-lead structure) by phone and email.<\/li>\n<li>Use service knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Use CRM to track progress with client prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Display professionalism and sensitivity regarding financially related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Meet monthly KPIs and sales objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Native-level English or native-level European language speaker (with fluent English).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy and tech savviness.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to learn quickly and independently.<\/li>\n<li>High energy, persistence, and perseverance.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management and organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a high-paced office-based position.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator, results-driven, and passionate team player.<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience as a client phone sales agent (strongly preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are an international group specializing in financial dispute consultation &amp; cryptocurrency investigation services.
