Online quoting, Certificates, Endorsements, are required along with an endless passion for customer service. Knowledge of markets and proficiency with coverage are critical with a focus on Real Estate accounts and Contractors. Proficiency with Word and Excel are a must and attention to detail will be extremely beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>Being a recent startup, there is a welcomed opportunity for creativity and input as the company grows quickly. Relationships are handled with care as we are strategic with our partners- both clients and carriers. Having passion for learning and questioning the \u201cnorm\u201d, our success has been through an analytical understanding of different coverages and its applications.<\/p>\n<p>We are becoming more technology-driven as the industry lags behind which means we need to be nimble and excited to learn new things.
