Working closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Resource Development will develop and implement the organization\u2019s fundraising strategy, steward existing donors and find new sources of support.<\/p>\n

\nEngage existing and potential supporters for both general and program-specific support.
\nIdentify new donors, including foundations, federations, corporations and individuals.
\nCompose succinct LOI\u2019s, full proposals, and reports
\nOrganize events, plan site visits and host delegations.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain systems for tracking leads, grant requests, grant execution, and donor recognition
\nCollaborate in Hebrew with senior staff and field workers.
\nManage PR and marketing efforts including social media and crowdfunding.<\/p>\n
\nExcellent spoken and written English (ideally mother tongue level)
\nFluent Hebrew
\nAt least three years of resource development experience
\nExcellent time management skills including ability to meet deadlines
\nWilling to occasionally work unconventional hours
\nDetail-oriented<\/p>\n
\nFamiliar with digital marketing and fundraising platforms<\/p>\n
\nExperience with Jewish Federations is an advantage<\/p>\n
