The aim of this role is to drive and maximize lead flow via paid digital marketing channels,
\nincluding but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Affiliates, Influencers, etc.
\nThe ideal candidate will need to demonstrate from previous roles & experience that they can
\nlearn and produce results in multiple marketing verticals, as they will be expected to manage,
\noptimize and grow our current PPC campaigns while simultaneously driving leads from other
\nopportunities as well.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
PPC
\n\u25cf Driving relationship with Google and other 3rd parties, for more bespoke specialist
\nsupport and access to latest marketing technology
\n\u25cf Reporting\/Analysis – Strategy, KPI performance and budget management, campaign
\nexecution
\n\u25cf Setting up paid search campaigns to optimize towards specific goals
\n\u25cf Applying and analyzing the performance of bid strategies
\n\u25cf Ongoing campaign optimisation in line with best practice and testing
\n\u25cf Supporting other marketing teams with their commercial goals, when required<\/p>\n
Affiliate marketing
\n\u25cf Build mutually beneficial partnerships with publishers that drive leads with highest ROI
\nand ROAS.
\n\u25cf Find and recruit new publishers
\n\u25cf Regularly audit active publishers to ensure all materials being promoted are up to date
\nand effective
\n\u25cf Develop current publishers by working closely to tweak for best performance<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n\u25cf A solid understanding of the affiliation business and digital marketing is essential to this
\nrole
\n\u25cf In depth knowledge of PPC marketing platforms (Adwords, Bing, etc. ) for performance
\nmarketing,<\/p>\n
\u25cf Proven experience with end-to-end ownership of Paid Search channels
\n\u25cf Strategic thinker – able to demonstrate how you will effectively deliver on objectives
\nand\/or goals to management and stakeholders for approval and execution
\n\u25cf Excellent written and oral communication skills, including articulating thoughts and
\nideas
\n\u25cf Accountability – see above on KPIs and execution. Regular meetings with management
