The Ecommerce director is overseeing our Ecommerce channel in the European and Asian markets.<\/p>\n
Tasks & Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Overseeing the following sales channels:
\no Ecommerce flagship stores and B2B channels in China cross border and domestic
\no Marketplaces (Amazon)
\no Pan-European pure players and local ecommerce channels
\no Ecommerce websites
\n\u2022 Managing a team of 11 employees in Israel and abroad
\n\u2022 Management of the eCommerce channels P&L, monitoring the annual budget and profitability
\n\u2022 Define Ecommerce strategy and execution plan to meet the growth goals
\n\u2022 Set, monitor and report on department KPIs
\n\u2022 Work with regional partners in Europe and Asia on the local Ecommerce strategy.
\n\u2022 Work in partnership with multiple functions within the organization including Logistics, finance and marketing<\/p>\n
Skills & Abilities
\n\u2022 Team management experience
\n\u2022 Experience in managing a business unit- minimum 5 years
\n\u2022 Ecommerce experience
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in related field
\n\u2022 Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
