Strong focus on the back end<\/p>\n<p>Recruit a diverse team of engineers that are amongst the best in the industry, from outreaches through to the closing process<\/p>\n<p>Work with engineers, product managers, and designers across the company to launch microservice based, multithreaded scalable enterprise applications<\/p>\n<p>Provide both technical and product leadership, empowering your team to ensure high quality in both areas<\/p>\n<p>Directly responsible individual for the system, including long term vision, release cycles, exec updates, defining and tracking KPIs, internal and external communication.<\/p>\n<p>Architect\/design areas under own responsibility<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Who you are<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
