\n\u2022 Some experience working on M&A transactions, both private and public.
\n\u2022 Some experience working with startups\/technology companies and\/or investors (including VC and PE funds) into such companies.
\n\u2022 Some experience working on US capital markets transactions (such as SPACs, public offerings, etc.), a plus.
\n\u2022 Have to be able to work in English only<\/p>\n
