Writing fundraising copy, including research and interviews with project directors to obtain information. Writing and coordinating publication of brochures, print newsletters, email blasts, and social media posts.<\/p>\n

Specific duties entail:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Projects \u2013 obtaining information on projects and following up on communities and project directors (mostly in Hebrew), writing project proposals in English, ongoing follow-up on project progress, and creative ideas as to how to present projects to donors.<\/li>\n
  2. Writing and coordinating ongoing project reports to donors, including tracking project performance, creating written report content, and coordinating visual and video content.<\/li>\n
  3. Writing and coordinating print newsletters and brochures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Superb written and verbal skills in English (mother tongue level)<\/li>\n
    2. Education (high school or university) in an English-speaking country.<\/li>\n
    3. Proficient in spoken and written Hebrew<\/li>\n
    4. Self-starter, well organized, and able to plan work schedule and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Publisher)<\/li>\n
    6. Minimum 30 hours a week.\u00a0 Can be full-time.\u00a0 Flexible hours are a possibility. After an initial training period, a hybrid schedule is a possibility.<\/li>\n
    7. Creativity, passion for the cause, and a drive to succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Preference will be given to candidates with the following added skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Experience in marketing or fund-raising writing<\/li>\n
      2. BA, preferably in humanities or social sciences<\/li>\n
      3. Understanding of Christian theology and culture<\/li>\n
      4. Culturally sensitive to people of a variety of cultural and national backgrounds<\/li>\n
      5. Extensive knowledge of the history of modern Israel<\/li>\n
      6. Extensive familiarity with the issues facing the settlement movement and the nature of these areas and communities.<\/li>\n
      7. Extensive knowledge of Tanach<\/li>\n
      8. Proficiency in social media<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
